Astrology readings are strictly intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

If you are under 18, written permission from a parent or legal guardian is required prior to booking.

A full upfront payment is required when booking through automated booking systems.

If a reservation is made manually or outside the automated system, a €20 deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins.

For walk-in appointments, the full amount must be paid in advance.

If the session is paid in full and the client cancels more than 72 hours in advance, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

If the session is paid in full and the client cancels within 72 hours of the scheduled time, no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session are considered final, and the payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If only a deposit was paid and the client cancels, the €20 deposit is non-refundable.

Payments for all astrology consultations, sessions, and services at Transformative Tarot are final and non-refundable once the session has taken place, regardless of the reason.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• No-shows

• Late arrivals

• Early termination of the session by the client

By booking an appointment, the client agrees to these terms.

Astrology readings are based on the birth information (date, time, and place) provided by the client.

The astrologer is not responsible for inaccuracies in the reading resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or estimated birth data supplied by the client.

If an exact birth time is unknown or estimated, the reading will be adapted accordingly. Certain techniques or interpretations may be limited or more generalized in such cases.

Astrology readings are provided for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

The astrologer is not a licensed professional in any of these fields.

No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

The client remains fully responsible for any choices or actions taken as a result of the session.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Astrology sessions, written reports, interpretations, recordings, and all materials shared during the session may only be created or recorded by the astrologer.

Recordings or written summaries may be used for educational purposes or shared with the client as notes, reports, or action steps.

All content shared during the session remains the intellectual property of the astrologer and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Everything shared during the session is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Respectful behavior is expected from both parties.

The astrologer reserves the right to end a session immediately in the event of inappropriate, disrespectful, or boundary-crossing behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

By booking an astrology reading with Transformative Tarot, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
