Tarot readings are strictly intended for individuals aged 18 and older.
If you are under 18, written permission from a parent or guardian is required.

A full upfront payment is required when booking through automated systems.
In cases where a reservation is made manually or outside the automated system, a €20 deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the session begins.

If the session is paid in full and the client cancels more than 72 hours in advance, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
If the session is paid in full and the client cancels within 72 hours of the scheduled time, no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost.
However, cancellations and rescheduling within 24 hours of the session are considered final, and the payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If only a deposit was paid and the client cancels, the €20 deposit is non-refundable.

Payments for all consultations, sessions, and services at Transformative Tarot are final and non-refundable once the session has taken place, regardless of the reason for cancellation or changes made by the client.
This includes, but is not limited to, no-shows or early termination of the session.
By booking an appointment, the client agrees to these terms.

For walk-in appointments, the full amount must be paid in advance.

The recipient of the reading is fully responsible for any choices or actions resulting from the session.
No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Readings may only be recorded by the reader, and solely for educational purposes or to send notes or an action list afterward.

All content shared during the session — including insights, spreads, and materials — remains the intellectual property of the reader.

Everything shared during the session is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.

Respectful behavior is expected from both parties.
The reader reserves the right to end a session in the case of boundary-crossing behavior.
